Whenever we overhaul a customer’s windows we always offer to install Brighton Fasteners free of charge in chrome or brass. We typically order key lockable fasteners for added security.
Further security can be installed in the form of Security Restrictors, we usually charge these at cost in either brass or chrome. If these are a requirement then please let us know at quote stage to ensure we have these in stock when we begin your installation. An additional charge is included if installation is requested outside of the overhaul process.
Glazing can also be changed for security purposes, such as laminate glazing or toughened glass. When we install double glazing we only ever install toughened units to ensure the windows have that added security as standard.
